obsessed -- zimmermann.

COVETING: Elizabeth and James Owen Top
www.revolveclothing.com; sale (now) $207
This charming little Elizabeth and James blouse is absolutely ideal for spring.  The blush color, the shimmery pattern, the light chiffon -- it all screams freshness and femininity.  I love the idea of pairing it with jeans and leaving the tie undone for a relaxed look with a little extra shimmer, but with a jacket and pencil skirt, it becomes totally office-appropriate.

With feminine shapes and pretty details, Zimmermann perfectly embodies a sense of fun and playfulness in its bathing suits and coverups.  But as temperatures dip to subzero depths here, I find myself especially drawn to dresses from the Australian line that are at the opposite end of the spectrum with regard to formality and elegance.  I love the gorgeous draping and intricate details and am convinced that a few of these pretty, versatile frocks would make the perfect addition to an evening wardrobe.

Zimmermann Lace Back Dress in Storm
www.shopbop.com; sale (now) $124.50
What I love most about this dress is the sharp contrast between the top and the bottom.  The corset-style top has visible, ribbon-like lacing in the back and a perfectly-defined waist, while the draping on the skirt is floaty, pure perfection.  And the pretty periwinkle hue is so fun and unexpected for spring.

Zimmermann Spilt Coffee Mini Dress
www.shopbop.com; sale (now) $141
This may be one of the most intriguing prints I've seen in a long time.  I love the abstract splatter-style, and the coffee-brown color against the creamy base of the dress provides the perfect contrast.  The swingy A-line skirt is adorable,a dn I think it's the perfect match for a pair of cowboy-style ankle booties.

Zimmermann One Shoulder Dress
www.shopbop.com; sale (now) $241.50
In a pretty plum shade, this elegant one-shoulder evening dress is positively to die for.  I love the draped top and gathering at the waistline, which makes for a super flattering shape.  The draping on the skirt falls at just the right spot to make legs look miles long, which is never a bad thing.

Zimmermann Back Drape Dress
www.shopbop.com; $395
This silk dress is nothing short of stunning.  The intersecting drapery, the pretty neckline, and the just-right length are fantastic, but I think it's the lovely, creamy blush hue that truly grabs me.  The perfect canvas for bold accessories or a red lip, this dress would certainly be a closet staple for years to come.

What are YOU obsessed with today?
