how 'bout them apples?

As I chip away at my fall to-do list, I knew that a visit to an apple orchard would have to be the first activity. There's something so idealistic about a trip to a quaint destination. On a perfectly crisp Minnesota Sunday, I trekked out to the country with my parents for a fantastically relaxing afternoon filled with old-fashioned trucks, bales of hay, and, of course, lots of apples.
