After my last post praising the Baked boys, it should come as no surprise that I've been making all of the Brooklyn bakery's recipes that I can get my hands on. Due to my full-on obsession with salted caramel, I knew that the Sweet and Salty Brownie would have to be the next step in my Baked journey, and what an excellent choice it was. With a layer of some of the tastiest caramel sauce I've ever eaten (straight off the spoon, of course) baked right into the brownies and a healthy dose of flaky sea salt and Turbinado sugar on top, they were fantastically moist, incredibly fudgy, and borderline ridiculously decadent. AKA: true perfection.
