beauty trend to try -- berry lips.

ATTAINABLE: Zara Pencil Skirt with Frill
www.zara.com; $79.90
I'm admittedly a sucker for a great pencil skirt.  While I think that they appeal to me due to their clean lines and professional vibe, the frilly detail on this Zara piece is too sweet for me to resist.  I love the silhouette that it creates, and the semiexposed zipper is truly brilliant.  This would be perfect to jazz up a work outfit and, better, would transition beautifully into cocktail hour.

 There's so much that I love about the transition into fall -- crisp days, cozy sweaters, and, maybe best of all, rich color palates.  While I love exploring deeper hues in my outfits, I'm particularly drawn to darker makeup shades this autumn.  Berry-hued lips are one of my favorite beauty trends for fall.  From bright pink tones to deep, almost purple shades, this is such a great way to make a statement without saying a word -- although everyone's attention will undoubtedly be on your mouth.

{a bright, fresh hue that's completely day-to-night versatile via}

{for the most dramatic of us, a blackberry-inspired tone via}

What beauty trends do YOU love for fall?

So pretty! I'm not sure I could pull off the look that Emily is wearing, but I think light berries are perfect!

I love a statement lip, but it never seems "me" when I try it, but that raspberry lip looks very doable! I love that the dramatic blackberry lip is having a moment right now, but if I am too squeamish for red I will probably just admire from afar... :) Have a great weekend!

I love that makeup is currently so acceptable. You know? Like sometimes it's all about a certain color or look but right now anything goes and I love it!
