ATTAINABLE: Old Navy Women's Printed Twill Short
www.oldnavy.com; sale (now) $19.50
I'm on quite a printed-shorts kick, and since seeing these shorts on Anna, I've been totally obsessed with them. They're so bright and fun, and they'd pair so nicely with every basic in my closet, from simple white tees to sparkly cardigans for cooler evenings. And when it comes to summer, I'm all about anything easy and versatile.
We all know Rachel Zoe as the celebrity-stylist extraordinaire, but I admittedly had some doubts about her fashion line. Suffice to say I've been pleasantly surprised. All of the pieces are chic and feminine, from the bags to the dresses. Each look is sophisticated but still feels young and fresh, and the slightly '70s-inspired cuts are truly flattering. I think I've officially been converted.
Rachel Zoe Arielle Bishop Sleeve Dress
I think that the bold teal shade is what first drew me to this pretty frock, but my attention was held by all of the fantastic little details. It's so light and flirty, and the shape is universally flattering with its floaty skirt and well-defined waist. I think it's the pussybow neck that's really charmed me, though, and I love that this frock would move straight from summer into fall flawlessly.
Rachel Zoe Bailey Sequin Cardigan
www.piperlime.com; sale (now) $224.95
It's no secret that I love anything with a little sparkle -- or, in this case, a lot of sparkle. I think that this would make the perfect evening cover-up for a pretty cocktail dress, an ideal solution to the problem of over-air-conditioned bars and restaurants around the country. Perfect when paired with a bright frock and a pair of killer heels.
Rachel Zoe Frankie Dress II
www.shopbop.com; sale (now) $276.50
The simplicity of this dress is enough to make it truly endearing for me. It has the sweetest shape, and the smocked waist makes the frock look incredibly comfortable. In the prettiest shade of ivory to show off your (faux, I hope) tan, this dress is perfect to flatter all summer, and the touches of metallic are certain to add a little extra shimmer to your warm-weather wardrobe.
Rachel Zoe Hutton Tuxedo Jacket
I love a great black jacket -- and this is one for the books. It's slightly retro-inspired with its wide lapels, but the scrunched-and-cuffed sleeves and slight sheen make it feel totally modern. It would be perfect contrasted with a chiffon top or dress but equally darling paired with jeans and a fantastic pair of pumps.
What are YOU obsessed with right now?
Thanks to Old Navy, Shopbop, and Piperlime for the photos.
