There's little that I can say about these bars that the photos don't. They have the simplest of crumb bases that turned golden and just crunchy enough in the oven and are totally stuffed with an abundance of fresh blueberries. Warm, they were the stuff dreams are made of, especially when topped with a mini scoop of fresh vanilla bean ice cream that oozed slightly down the sides. Straight from the refrigerator, they made a pretty fabulous breakfast. I can't possibly express my desire for you all to hit the farmer's market this weekend to make them (using this recipe) immediately.
