ATTAINABLE: Free People Mulholland Horseshoe Cuff
www.freepeople.com; $28
I'm always looking for simple, pretty jewelry to add to my arsenal. As far as I'm concerned, this thin gold cuff is the perfect piece. I love the pointed ends and pretty engravings and am convinced that it would be beautiful all on its own or as part of a stack of equally lovely baubles for everyday wear.
Oh, Valentine's Day. A holiday that is a favorite for some and loathed by others. Regardless of which camp I stand in (and, yes, it does change every year -- I'm just that fickle), there's one thing that I adore about the festivities each winter: the excuse to bake something gooey, chocolatey, and, when possible, covered in red and pink sprinkles. I've rounded up several of the treats that I'd love to make over the next week. Because, let's be honest, regardless of how they feel about Valentine's Day in general, everyone loves a little sugar.

{these Pink Peanut Butter Hugs from Daily Nibbles are a little kitschy, but they're based on one of my favorites and are just so fun}

{cinnamon rolls are my favorite breakfast treat, and these Heart Cinnamon Rolls from Cake and Allie would make for the cutest Valentine's breakfast}

{a grown-up version of heart-shaped snack cakes, these Fudgy Brownie Hearts with Fresh Raspberry Buttercream from A Farmgirl's Dabbles look so decadent and delicious}

{these Sweet Heart Cupcakes with Strawberry Milk from Glorious Treats would undoubtedly make the perfect addition to a girly Valentine's celebration -- so cute}
Speaking of hearts, it would mean so much to me if you'd all stop by Refinery29's Next Big Style Blogger contest to vote for me! Just click the "Popular Contestants" tab, scroll down a bit to my photo, and click the heart on my photo to vote for me!
What will YOU be cooking up this Valentine's Day?

HOw awful it is that we dont have cinammon rolls in Spain? Dont you feel any pity? Do I need to remind you the word TUPPERWARE once again?
LOL!
Have a lovely weekend sweetie!!!!!!!
The Sweetheart Cupcakes with Strawberry Milk are adorbs! :)
You are so making me love this holiday with these treats! I want that bracelet too! Hope you have a good weekend. Actually, I like to get a box of chocolates..just for me..sometimes..and thinking Ryan Gosling..might have sent them..hahahaa...just kidding. I know my stories are hardly romantic, but even sometimes, I want my characters to have a sweet moment, too. But I'm not sure I let that happen this month. No, I'm kind of mixing it up.
those treats look almost too cute to eat... almost! hehe
I love valentine's day! It's the girliest holiday of all. These sweet treats are perfect for celebrating!

Cinnamon rolls!! So cute! And I love the other choices, too. That cuff/bangle is super cool, too!
I like that bracelet, really unique. I have to check out free people. never been. for valentine's, we don't really do much, i think it is so overrated, so maybe i'll bake something red/pink or make a nice dinner with candles. it's lowkey. :-)
