My hair has the strangest texture -- slightly wavy, but not enough that it looks deliberate. Hence, I straighten my hair most days to create a smooth, sleek style that I desperately wish I'd been born with. However, I've been thinking that it's time to up my game when it comes to flat irons -- my inexpensive Vidal Sassoon one does the trick but isn't too gentle on my locks. So when Misikko, hair-supply site selling top brand products like Chi Irons, offered to send me the 1.5" HANA Professional Flat Iron, I was thrilled. It shipped quickly and with tons of other fun goodies in the box (shine serum, yes, please!), and I can definitely say that my hair has never looked healthier or straighter -- definitely clear in the shots from the fall photo shoot my mom and I did before I headed back to school.

Your hair looks gorg! My hair has a tendency to frizz if I let it dry naturally; thus, I straighten on days when I want a shinier, healthier look! :)
Ooh! Next time I'm in the flat iron market, may have to try this one out! Been hearing a lot of really great things about this one lately!
I have to buy myself one of those.

I've got the same wavy/straight situation going on with my hair so I am always on the look-out for new flat irons (my beloved GHDs are falling apart) - will be sure to check this out!
I got one too and I absolutely love it! I cannot say enough good about my flat iron or blow dryer.

Interesting..I have been using the ghd flat iron for a long time but was thinking to buy a second one for my gym bag/travel etc. This may be a good option. I am like you...my hair is kind of wavy..and I have to use a flat iron to get it straight and to take away the frizz.
I know this is supposed to be about the flat iron, but I love that plaid blouse with the neck-tie so much! You look cute in it!
